Frequently we are asked about a number of activations and deactivations of protected product. What does it mean, for example "3 activations and 10 deactivations"? How many times, finally, end user may activate his application?
1. My serial number allows me to activate my applications 3 times. What does it mean?
That means that after you activate your applications 3 times you'll not be able to further activate it. However if there is an option of Deactivation of previously activated application the number of available activations might become greater.
2. My serial number allows me deactivate my applications 10 times. What does it mean?
That means that you may deactivate your applications 10 times. Every time you deactivate your application you get 1 allowed activation back. To illustrate this principle we prepared a table which shows how the application with 3 activations and 10 deactivations will be used:
