	Michael Kalinichenko General Manager Mr. Kalinichenko graduated with honours from Moscow State University, Faculty of computing mathematics and cybernetics in 1988. He upheld a PhD thesis in the field of physics and mathematics in 1991. In 1993-1998 Mr. Kalinichenko worked as a programmer, and as a project manager in software development in international companies. In 1998-2002 he served as technical director in Kaspersky Lab. Mr. Kalinichenko has performed several successful projects in business process reorganizing in Trustworks BV (Netherlands) and R-Style Softlab (Russia) in 2002-2003. He has been CEO since the beginning of 2004, and is the General Manager of the StarForce group of companies since September 2004. Mr. Kalinichenko has qualified as Executive MBA from UAMS (Belgium) in 2005.
	Gurminder Sachdev International sales and business development director Mr. Sachdev graduated from Moscow Institute of railway service in 1991. In 1991-1997 he worked as a sales director in the Amtel International Group, then in Funai International (Japan). In 2001-2006 Mr. Sachdev held executive positions in the field of pharmaceutics. In 2006 he served as international sales and business development director in Paragon Software, Germany. Mr. Sachdev works in StarForce since 2007.
	Julia Titova Head of Russia and CIS sales department Mrs. Titova graduated from TIEIAM in 1999, and graduated with honours from the Kalanov Vocational High School, Faculty of new information technologies in 1997. Mrs. Titova holds an MBA in small and medium business administration from Business and Staff School in 1999. Since 1997 she served as a sales and account manager. Since 2001 Mrs. Titova held executive positions as a sales director, business manager in a number of big Russian companies, which led to significant sales increase, and creation of new company strategy. Mrs. Titova works in StarForce since 2006.
	Irina Mnatsekanova Head of marketing and PR department Mrs. Mnatsekanova graduated with honours from Moscow State University of Economy, Statistics and Informatics, Faculty of finance and credits in 2004. She has several European certificates in marketing. Mrs. Mnatsekanova is graduating from IME (Finland), marketing program in 2008. Since 2000 she worked as account and sales manager in the field of education. Since 2003 Mrs. Mnatsekanova served as a marketing manager in insurance market, and as director of marketing in ASN news agency; she then held the position of a head of special projects department in a PR agency. Mrs. Mnatsekanova works in StarForce since 2005.
